Every week at Intellivy, our team experiments with new ideas, tools, and features under what we call Tryday Friday. This past Friday, we took a big step in making consumer research feel even more real by adding voice recording to our Dual Polls.
Why We Did It: Trust and Authenticity Matter
“Are these responses real?” It’s a question we hear often. In a world full of AI-generated content and click farms, it’s understandable that people want to know their insights are based on authentic feedback from real people.
That’s why we built a voice response option. It doesn’t just tell you what someone thinks; it lets you hear how they feel.
The Power of Voice Feedback
Here’s what we noticed in our first test runs:
- Respondents spoke more freely and naturally
- Answers had more emotion and depth
- You could hear tone, passion, hesitation, and confidence
- Responses felt more human, not robotic
Voice recordings brought out the kind of insights that go beyond what’s possible with just text. You’re not just collecting opinions anymore; you’re connecting with real people.
See (and Hear) It for Yourself
We tested this feature by running two identical Dual Polls:
What Clients Are Saying
When we shared the voice-enabled poll with a client, the reaction was instant: “This just feels more real.” And that’s exactly what we were aiming for.
Why It Matters: Intuition is Not Enough
At Intellivy, we believe that intuition is not enough. Great decisions come from solid, trustworthy data, and that starts with real consumer voices.
Here’s what voice input brings to the table:
- Stronger validation of authenticity (no bots or click farms)
- Emotion-rich, context-heavy insights
- More confidence in your data-driven decisions
